Manly coach Anthony Seibold insists his club hasn't broken NRL rules in the pursuit of Canberra halfback Jamal Fogarty, adamant he and the club are yet to speak to the off-contract playmaker.
Fogarty has been earmarked as Manly's replacement for Daly Cherry-Evans, who dropped a bombshell on the Sea Eagles when the veteran No. 7 said he was leaving the club at the end of the season.
