The Rabbitohs were left scrambling to defend their line, and Xavier Savage sealed the deal with a perfectly executed kick and chase to extend Canberra's lead to 12-0.

With 20 minutes left on the clock, the Raiders further dismantled the Rabbitohs defense as Sebastian Kris powered through to score, bringing the score to 18-0.
