Canberra's Kaeo Weekes denied a try due to obstruction against the Sharks, despite a brilliant run.
Canberra star Kaeo Weekes was robbed of a brilliant solo try in the first half of his side's clash against the Sharks on Thursday night.
In a back-and-forth opening half, Weekes looked to have set the contest alight, bursting through a gap and racing past opposing fullback Will Kennedy.
However, after referee Todd Smith awarded the try, the Bunker came over the top and ruled Matty Nicholson had obstructed Braydon Trindall in the lead-up.
