Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow and Braden Hamlin-Uele are on their way home and their Samoan teammate Tyrone May has also been ruled out of the World Cup after suffering injures in their 60-6 loss to England.
May was taken to hospital with a dislocated hip that had to be popped back in and faces a lengthy stint on the sidelines to recover.
Hamlin-Uele sustained a calf injury, while Tabuai-Fidow suffered a syndesmosis injury. The pair have returned home to Australia.
