Canberra Raiders announce squad for season opener in Las Vegas with young players looking to impress.
The Canberra Raiders have announced their 25-man squad that will be heading overseas to face off against the New Zealand Warriors in their season opener in Las Vegas.
After shining in the pre-season trials, young guns Noah Martin, Owen Pattie, Ethan Sanders, Jed Stuart, and Savelio Tamale have all made the cut and will be looking to show their stuff at Allegiant Stadium.
It's predicted that either Stuart or Tamale will take up the wing position, while Pattie is in a tough battle with Danny Levi and Tom Starling for a spot in the team.
Sanders also has a chance to sneak into the starting lineup.
