Raiders sign Jayden Brailey for two years, creating competition at hooker position. Dummyhalf logjam continues.
The Raiders have confirmed the signing of former Knights skipper Jayden Brailey with the hooker inking a two year deal with Canberra from next season.
However, Ricky Stuart likely sees Brailey as a starter and a veteran to help develop Pattie into a star in the coming seasons.
The Knights moved to offload Brailey to free up money to chase Dylan Brown, who signed for $13 million over 10 years.
Meanwhile, the Raiders face a dummyhalf logjam with Brailey joining Owen Pattie at the club, while incumbent Tom Starling and Danny Levi are fighting for their futures.
Brailey is an interesting signing given he is leaving a club where he is on the bench, to potentially filling the same role at the Raiders.
