Round 22 of the NRL, despite challenging weather conditions, exceeded expectations. The Dolphins secured a last-minute try, positioning themselves favorably for a Finals spot, while the Roosters kept their hopes alive at the expense of Manly. Brian To'o denied Phillip Sami a clear scoring opportunity through foul play, striking him across the chin as he was about to score. This was a textbook case for a penalty try, recognized by everyone but the Bunker official. Not surprisingly, the NRL has since admitted the mistake. It's evident that the official in question might not be adequate for the role.
