Starford To'a returns to play in NSW Cup, boosting Wests Tigers' centre options; Taylan May and Jarome Luai are also nearing comebacks.
The Wests Tigers' centre crisis has taken a turn in the right direction with Starford To'a set to play his first game of the year this weekend in NSW Cup.
To'a, who missed the first four rounds due to a foot injury, will make a return through reserve grade, with coach Benji Marshall choosing to stick with the same team that beat New Zealand in Auckland on Friday.
Left centre Taylan May's rehab has also progressed nicely and he is on track for a Round 8 return.
Skipper Jarome Luai is also expected back in the same game against the Raiders at Leichhardt Oval.
