Parramatta's Zac Lomax out up to six weeks with fractured foot, jeopardizing State of Origin debut.
Parramatta star Zac Lomax is set to miss up to six weeks with a fractured foot putting his chances of being ready to play for NSW in the opening State of Origin game in severe doubt and creating a new headache for Blues coach Laurie Daley.
Lomax kicked the winning field goal in Saturday's 23-22 golden-point win over St George Illawarra with the injury after suffering it earlier in the match.
On Tuesday afternoon Lomax was named in the Eels side to take on Canberra in Darwin on Saturday night.
