Ensure there is a minimum 10-week gap between clubs playing against each other for a second time. Also even out the travel commitments. The Raiders had to do Las Vegas, Townsville, Auckland and Darwin early this year. It's unfair. It's going to be a big issue with expansion teams Perth and PNG.
