Raiders' Corey Horsburgh fails in bid to have shoulder charge overturned at NRL judiciary

Raiders enforcer Corey Horsburgh has failed in his bid to have a ban for a grade one shoulder charge overturned at the NRL judiciary.

The Match Review Committee originally offered Horsburgh three weeks for a hit on Corey Jensen in the last minute of the Raiders 29-18 loss to the Broncos in Canberra.

But the failed appeal means he will now miss four matches, effectively ending his season, unless Ricky Stuart's men make an unlikely charge to the grand final.
