Fogarty will undergo surgery on Tuesday for the biceps injury he suffered in the Green Machine's 34-10 loss to Brisbane on Saturday night.
The 30-year-old had scans on Monday with the results revealing what Raiders medical staff suspected - he'd ruptured his biceps just before half-time.
