Jamal Fogarty believes a short week helps the Raiders focus on their next match against Cronulla.

Canberra Raiders halfback Jamal Fogarty believes a short week will be good for the squad as it tries to shake off the disappointment of a qualifying final defeat to Brisbane and focus shifts to their next test against Cronulla this Saturday night.

Coach Ricky Stuart picked an unchanged starting team from last Sunday's controversial golden-point thriller.

The Raiders cleared centre Sebastian Kris to play despite coming off against the Broncos for a head injury assessment, and forward Josh Papali'i is on track to start as planned despite still dealing with swelling from a rolled ankle a fortnight ago.
