Off-contract Canberra Raiders player Tom Starling has expressed his lack of concern over the club signing Jayden Brailey for the 2026 NRL season.
Brailey, who was not wanted by the Newcastle Knights, made the decision to move to Canberra despite his off-contract status.
The Raiders have Owen Pattie lined up as their future dummy half, leaving Starling and Danny Levi, both off-contract at the end of this year, likely out of favor for next season.
The club may consider retaining one of the duo in their Top 30 squad, but this could result in the player ending up in reserve grade.
