Broncos' Reece Walsh injured his calf, but returned to training ahead of finals against Raiders.
The Broncos have received a scare with superstar fullback Reece Walsh appearing to injure his calf ahead of Sunday's finals blockbuster against the Raiders.
On an action-packed morning at Red Hill, Brisbane's $5 million man clutched at his calf and sat out training for 20 minutes in a moment that gave coach Michael Maguire some nervous moments.
Walsh managed to return to the action, but the sight of him grabbing at his calf was a sight the Broncos could do without as they prepare for their finals opener against the minor premiers at Canberra's GIO Stadium.
Walsh did some kicking briefly before going to the gymnasium early to be assessed by Broncos medicos.
