This is the abstract catalogue of hobbies that the NRL's eight finals coaches rely on to escape the game's thick pressure.
While obsessed with strategies, structures and detail, most coaches try to find some time, generally before sun-up, to unwind and de-stress.
It just may prove pivotal as the strain and tension increase throughout September.
