Two NRL teams denied interest in Bronson Xerri, who remains under contract until 2027 despite recent speculation regarding his future.
Two more NRL teams have joined the St George Illawarra Dragons and Wests Tigers in denying they have an interest in securing the services of Bronson Xerri.
Over the past week, Xerri has found himself in the middle of headlines following reports that he was unhappy at the Bulldogs after being asked to switch from left to right centre.
Dropped to reserve-grade, which saw him score with his first touch of the football against the Raiders on Saturday, the centre has been linked with multiple rival teams
Although he is technically unable to speak to any other clubs due to still being under contract until the end of 2027, two of the clubs he has been closely linked to are the Melbourne Storm and Parramatta Eels.
However, The Sydney Morning Herald understands that he has not been discussed as a transfer target by Storm officials and they would prefer to sign a goal-kicking back.
