
The Canberra Raiders re-signed Simi Sasagi, extending his contract until the end of 2028.
The Canberra Raiders have re-signed second rower Simi Sasagi for the second time in a year.
Sasagi, 24, joined the NRL in 2021 with the Newcastle Knights, playing with the side for three seasons before joining the Raiders in 2024 on a two-year deal.
When he re-signed with the Raiders in March 2025 until the end of 2026, he had played 11 NRL matches for the Green Machine.
On 20 August, the Raiders announced the re-signing of Simi Sasagi on a new two-year deal, which will see him remain with the club until the end of the 2028 season.
The club said his form and performances this season had earnt him the further two-year contract.
