Ricky Stuart discusses autism's impact, his foundation's new home, and calls for increased support.
Canberra Raiders coach Ricky Stuart has opened up in a raw and in-depth interview about how his family's experience with autism has helped him as a person, parent and rugby league mentor.
It comes as Stuart's foundation commences construction next year on a new home in South Jerrabomberra that is purpose-built for four young people with disability and their support workers, backed by $5.1 million in NSW government funding.
"We need so much more of this," Stuart said on the Wine With Wita podcast, hosted by speech therapist, Rita Shamoun.
