Sione Finau signs deal with Raiders, Dogs lock up Harry Hayes

Sione Finau scores a final try for Dragons before signing a three-year deal with Canberra.

The Australian

Sione Finau's last act as a Dragon will be scoring a try after the winger agreed to a long-term deal to join Canberra.

It is understood that Finau has signed a three-year contract to become the second winger in as many years to leave St George Illawarra and join Canberra.

Finau toured Canberra's facilities last month where he met with Raiders coach Ricky Stuart. The 23-year-old has since opted to take on Canberra's long-term deal and will link up with the Raiders from next season.

Finau is out for the rest of the year after dislocating his shoulder while scoring a try for the Dragons in their round 20 loss to Canterbury. It was his fourth try from as many games but the injury has ended his St George Illawarra career.
