LUAI'S QUESTIONABLE ACT

Jarome Luai has escaped suspension after the NSW five-eighth was put on report for his facial on Queensland forward Reuben Cotter.

Luai was charged by the match review committee over the incident but was only hit with a fine, clearing him to back-up for club side Wests Tigers against Canberra on Friday.

It also means the lippy playmaker will be available for selection for the decider in Sydney in three weeks time.
