After a recent loss to Canberra, the Knights started strong, dominating early play despite the Storm taking the lead through a Nick Meaney penalty goal.

The Knights quickly responded, showcasing a well-executed backline play that allowed Dom Young to score the first try by chipping over Meaney.

Maintaining their momentum, Young scored again, putting the Knights ahead 8-2, thanks to their solid defensive efforts throughout a fluctuating first half.
