Storm backrower Kenny Bromwich failed a HIA after a strong tackle from Eels playmaker Mitch Moses.
Bromwich’s head came down hard on the ground as the 33-year-old lost the ball in the 50th minute.
“Bromwich is not well and struggling to get up,” Fox League’s Cooper Cronk said.
