Wide World of Sports

The Melbourne Storm have been rocked by the news that powerhouse centre Justin Olam suffered a fractured forearm in Sunday's trial.

The club confirmed the 29-year-old had broken his right arm in the match against the Roosters and was expected to be sidelined for six weeks.

The Raiders have also copped a blow on the injury front with scans confirming rising fullback Xavier Savage broke his jaw in Sunday's trial against the Bulldogs. Canberra said the speedster likely wouldn't be available for selection until round seven.
