Lazarus Vaalepu is set to take the field tonight, marking his NRL debut as Storm player #235 against the Sydney Roosters at AAMI Park.
Hailing from Penrith, this front-rower made his mark as a junior with the Canberra Raiders before making his way to Queensland to showcase his skills with the Wynnum Manly Seagulls and the Sunshine Coast Falcons.
His journey began in Round 1 of the 2021 season, where he made his Hostplus Cup debut for Wynnum against the PNG Hunters.
After honing his craft with the Falcons over the past three seasons, Vaalepu has racked up an impressive 51 appearances.
