The Canberra Raiders are a better chance of winning the premiership this season than in 2019, when they went all the way to the grand final only to lose to Sydney Roosters in controversial circumstances.
That's not to say they will automatically go one better - it obviously doesn't work like that - but this is a more open competition than the 2019 version and as such a more winnable one for the Raiders.
