Campbell suffered an ankle injury while Fifita is unable to play due to a minor hamstring strain.
Tom Weaver and Chris Randall will step into the starting lineup to fill the gaps left by the injured players.
There is also a change on the wing, with Allan Fitzgibbon replacing Tony Francis after making his NRL debut last week.
