The Canberra Raiders are enhancing their off-season, securing sponsorships and exceeding membership sales, setting a positive tone for the upcoming 2026 NRL campaign.

The Canberra Times

The Canberra Raiders haven't officially started their 2026 NRL campaign yet, but they're already stacking wins in the off-season, and it's got a positive flow-on effect for rugby league beyond the capital.

Six years after Huawei parted ways with the club, the Raiders' high performance training centre in Braddon has a new naming sponsor in local company Supaglass Industries.

The announcement on Tuesday ahead of the Raiders' first trial match against Melbourne at Seiffert Oval this Friday night was the last major sponsor to be locked in, and follows several commercial wins for the club in the off-season.

Continuing its momentum from a stellar 2025 that kicked off in Las Vegas and ended with the NRL minor premiership, the Raiders have also surpassed 20,400 memberships sold, a mark not reached till July last year, which puts the club on track for another record-setting season.
