He played a key role in Canberra winning their first minor premiership in 35 years; he became the most capped Raiders player of all time; he earned a one-year contract extension; he answered a Queensland SOS to help inspire a remarkable Maroons' State of Origin series win; and he will head into Samoa camp on Monday having committed to a two-year mission to lead his country to a World Cup title.
