ARL chairman Peter V'landys warns against players faking injuries, considering a potential yellow card penalty.
ARL Commission chairman Peter V'landys has claimed players who lie down for a penalty risk compromising their integrity and sportsmanship.
V'landys also refused to rule out a post-season investigation into the possibility of introducing a soccer-style yellow card penalty for players faking injuries.
"It's not a good look for them personally," V'landys said.
