NRL Judiciary hands down verdict for Round 19, William Kennedy suspended for bumping into referee. Other fines accepted.
In a classic case of rough and tumble on the field, the NRL Judiciary has handed down their verdict for Round 19.
The only player to be left on the sidelines is William Kennedy, who was slapped with a Grade 2 contrary conduct charge for accidentally bumping into referee Adam Gee during a heated match against the Wests Tigers.
While Kennedy serves his suspension, seven other players have accepted their fines after being charged by the match review committee.
