George Williams returns to NRL with Dolphins on a two-year deal after four years in England.
The Dolphins have landed a significant coup after English star George Williams agreed to return to the NRL.
It has been four years since Williams played his last game for Canberra, as he battled homesickness, fell out with Raiders coach Ricky Stuart and was ultimately released after a "20 second phone call".
But Williams won't arrive immediately - he is contracted to English Super League club Warrington until the end of next season.
He will be 32 when he joins the Dolphins on a two-year deal from 2027 to play alongside boom half Isaiya Katoa.
