Injured Raiders champion Jarrod Croker has detailed the mixture of anguish and pride he feels in watching his team’s charge to the finals from Canberra’s casualty ward.
Croker was ruled out for the season with a shoulder injury, but has watched his beloved ‘Green Machine’ rise from 15th early in the season to grab the final spot in the top eight.
Speaking with The Fox League podcast, Croker admitted the toll being on the sidelines has taken on him and his family, but he has tried to channel his energy into supporting his team’s title ambitions.
