The Toyota Forklifts Canberra Raiders have named their team for round one of the 2026 season, for the match against the Sea Eagles at 4 Pines Park on Saturday night.
Jayden Brailey is set to become Raider #409 after being named on the interchange bench, with Tom Starling named to start at hooker for the Green Machine.
Simi Sasagi has been named at centre for the Raiders, with Matt Timoko named on the extended bench. Timoko has been battling a minor foot injury over the past three weeks.
Noah Martin will start in the back row for the Raiders, with Matty Nicholson also named on the extended bench, as his training has been limited heading into round one after a shoulder injury in the last trial match.
Morgan Smithies is set to play his 50th game for the club from the interchange bench.
