Storm centre Young Tonumaipea has left the field after an ugly head knock, leaving nasty gash on his foreheard.
"The eyes almost went in to the back of the head, he will go for a HIA," Dan Ginnane said.
The 31-year-old caught the boot of Reece Walsh whilst attempting to tackle the elusive fullback in ugly fashion.
Storm medicos almost instantly took him from the field, with Ryan Papenhuyzen entering the action and dropping to fullback.
