Stuart suspended by NRL for attack on Panthers’ Salmon

Ricky Stuart is set to be suspended for one game and hit with a 25,000 fine by the NRL. He won’t be able to return to training until Wednesday.

The Herald on Sunday reported that the bad blood dates back to a junior match involving Salmon and Stuart’s son in 2010.

Sources said Stuart’s son was in tears after an incident with Salmon, who was his teammate in the under 12s at the time more than a decade ago.
