The Canberra Raiders face an anxious wait on their star fullback Xavier Savage, who will get precautionary X-rays on his jaw.
Savage had a stop-start trial, going off for a head injury assessment after copping an accidental knee from Josh Reynolds before returning to cop a shoulder to his jaw.
It ended his afternoon early, the Canterbury Bulldogs winning the trial at Moruya 34-18 on Sunday.
