The Perth Bears have signed English forward Morgan Smithies on a three-year deal, marking their fourth English recruit ahead of their NRL return.
Meanwhile, the Canberra Raiders have acquired Lipoi Hopoi from the Bulldogs to enhance their forward pack for 2027.
Smithies, a former Wigan player, has 67 NRL games under his belt, showcasing his potential in the league.
