NSW coach Brad Fittler has made some significant changes to the team for the third game of the State of Origin series.
Cody Walker will be recalled to the squad, while Keaon Koloamatangi will make his debut for the Blues.
These inclusions mean that Damien Cook and Hudson Young will be left out of the team after their poor performances in Origin II.
