The Raiders announced seven player departures, including Josh Papalii, as they prepare for the 2027 NRL season.
The Raiders have announced the departure of seven players from their NRL roster as planning for their 2027 season begins.
Out of the finals race, Canberra used their last home game at GIO Stadium against the Broncos last weekend to announce their roster changes, headlined by club legend Josh Papalii, who will retire at the end of this season.
Among the players departing alongside Papalii are Corey Horsburgh and Morgan Smithies, who are bound for the Perth Bears, as well as Jayden Brailey, who has signed with the Wests Tigers.
Fellow Raiders players Kain Anderson, Jake Clydsdale and Michael Asomua will also leave the club at the end of this season.
