    Team Lists are in for round 17 of the Canberra Raiders Cup and the first week of finals in the George Tooke Shield. 

    The Blumers Lawyers George Tooke Shield sees qualifying and elimination finals footy this weekend, meanwhile the Canberra Raiders Cup has two rounds remaining.

    GTS teams playing for survival

    Blumers Lawyers George Tooke Shield finals feature top five teams, no second chances in elimination games.

    After 14 rounds of the Blumers Lawyers George Tooke Shield, the top five have sorted themselves out in the men's tackle and league tag competitions, with finals kicking off on Saturday.

    Still, finals are a different beast, and it doesn't matter where teams finished on the ladder; those wanting to win the premiership must prove themselves in the GTS post-season cauldron.

    It's elimination rugby league in Cootamundra on Saturday, with teams afforded no second chances as they look to make a sustained run towards the GTS Grand Final on August 31st.

    Gungahlin Bulls vs Woden Valley Rams, 12:00pm, Saturday at Gungahlin Enclosed Oval

    The Gungahlin Bulls will host the Woden Valley Rams in a huge top four clash on home soil.

    With the bye next week, the Bulls will look to re-gain confidence in their last game before finals, following a disappointing loss to Goulburn. 

    Gungahlin have a chance to secure an important top-two spot with a win this week, although they likely wont retain it with a final round...
