    Liam Herbert conducted a coach's night at Bungendore Tigers, enhancing coaches' perspectives and confidence significantly.

    CRRL Coach Developer Liam Herbert held a coach's night at the Bungendore Tigers last Tuesday and helped the club's coaches. 

    Organised after the initial coaches visit, the committee of the Bungendore Tigers believed a training session conducted by Liam Herbert would benefit their coaches and provide them with valuable information. 

    Tigers Coaching Coordinator Luke Bayley commented on how the training session provided his coaches with a new perspective and ideas around their coaching.

    Queanbeyan Blues Claim Inaugural Ian Baker Memorial Shield

    Queanbeyan Blues dominated the Kangaroos 48-20, winning the inaugural Ian Baker Memorial Shield.

    The Queanbeyan Blues claim a dominant 48-20 win against the Queanbeyan Kangaroos and take home the inaugural Ian Baker Memorial Shield.

    Although the Roos looked strong early to start the game, the Blues proved to be too powerful to give them their second consecutive win against their archrivals.

    An early error from the Blues gave the Roos a chance to try to crack the Blues' defensive line.

    Harlem Cooper attempted to put the Roos on the board in the first five minutes but lost the ball over the line after spinning through multiple defenders.
