The Raiders got home 26-22 against the Storm on Friday night but Ricky Stuart was still left confused by the state of officiating, taking aim at the NRL Bunker after Canberra was denied twice because of the video referee.
Stuart described his side's performance as the best he's seen this season, however, he was left frustrated by the NRL's on-field review system.
With the Raiders up 12-0, Hudson Young crossed the line but his try was disallowed after a lengthy replay found an accidental offside.
"What stands out to me is after the back end of the season last year, it's very hard to cheer after a try.
