The Daily Telegraph is reporting the official announcement will be made next week and he's the first significant forward the newest franchise has signed after securing a number of star backs including Jarome Luai, Brian To'o and Joey Manu.
Young toured the Chiefs' set-up on Wednesday where he talked with coach Willie Peters and general manager of football Michael Chammas.
