NRL in hot water over Warriors 'disgrace'

Fans outrage NRL officiating after Bulldogs player receives ban for incident during win against Warriors.

In a classic case of a 'disgrace' in the NRL, fans have lashed out at the officiating after Bulldogs star Jaeman Salmon received a two-game ban for an incident that went unpunished during their clash with the Warriors.

The Bulldogs kept their winning streak alive with a thrilling 13-12 victory in golden point, thanks to a match-winning field goal by Matt Burton, who is pushing for a Blues Origin recall and solidifying his team's fifth spot on the ladder.

The game could have taken a different turn if a late penalty was awarded to the Warriors when Salmon collided with Te Maire Martin in a rough tackle.
