Amidst a tug-of-war between the Canberra Raiders and the Manly Sea Eagles for his services, Jamal Fogarty has spoken out about his future as the Sea Eagles reportedly upped their offer to lure him away from Canberra.

Fogarty, who has spent the last four seasons with the Raiders, has significantly improved his game during his time there and is now considered one of the top kickers in the league.

However, Fogarty's future in Canberra has been up in the air since the club signed Ethan Sanders from the Parramatta Eels, with the young NSW Blues representative being seen as the long-term halfback for the team.

Rumors have been circulating for some time that Manly sees Fogarty as a potential replacement for Daly Cherry-Evans, with reports suggesting that the Sea Eagles were initially offering him a two-year contract to join the team for the 2026 and 2027 seasons.
