    The Canberra Raiders have announced the re-signing of Shakiah Tungai and Kerehitina Matua for the 2025 NRLW season.

    Both players are key members of the team, with Tungai having played in the NRLW since its inception in 2018 and Matua making her debut in 2023.

    Tungai, a seasoned veteran at 28 years old, has had a successful career so far, representing the Australian Jillaroos, NSW Sky Blues, Indigenous All Stars, and appearing in one NRLW grand final.

    Matua, 25, has also made a name for herself as a Cook Islands Moana representative and playing for the NZ Māori Ferns in All Stars matches.
