Laurie Daley has publicly spoken after reports emerged yesterday indicating he has stepped down as NSW Blues head coach due to a health concern.
The Canberra Raiders legend came under immense scrutiny in this year's State of Origin series, but got the last laugh after defeating the Queensland Maroons in Brisbane in Game 3.
It was highly speculated Daley would step down from the role and go out on a high note as Blues coach, but there has been no official word from the Blues yet.

Adam Doueihi, playmaker for the Wests Tigers, returned to training on Tuesday morning after opting out of the match against the Canberra Raiders last Saturday.
Since departing the club on Thursday, he has participated in discussions with coach Benji Marshall, CEO Shaun Mielekamp, and football director Pat Richards.
The 27-year-old took the opportunity to address his teammates, clarifying the events that led to his temporary exit.
Before rejoining training, he was seen with teammates Alex Seyfarth and Starford To'a, and was welcomed back by Sunia Turuva with a warm hug after taking Monday off.
