Sea Eagles young gun Josh Schuster has made a bold declaration upon his return to the NRL claiming he can be the best player in the game.
The 22-year-old returned to the field in Round 12, scoring one try and setting up three more in a blistering performance to down the Raiders 42-14.
Schuster has only featured in three games in 2023 prior to that performance and was previously stood down to work on his fitness and nurse injuries.

'It was a brave effort': Raiders co-captain set to miss up to six weeks
He might've taken a two-week suspension, but Canberra Raiders co-captain Elliott Whitehead could be out for a lot longer than that.
Raiders coach Ricky Stuart revealed Whitehead could be out for four to six weeks with the pectoral injury he suffered in the opening 15 minutes of the Manly loss on Sunday.
True to form as one of the ironmen of the NRL, Whitehead finished the game but pulled up sore in the aftermath.
