The North Queensland Cowboys have made an exciting addition to their coaching staff for the 2024 season, bringing in experienced assistant coach Justin Morgan.
The announcement was made on the official Cowboys website, cowboys.com.au.
Morgan, who had a successful playing career as a talented forward, appeared in 133 games over nine seasons for the Eels, Raiders, and Warriors.
He also had the honor of representing Wales at the international level.
The New Zealand Kiwis 'A' squad has been announced, with 15 players named to face Tonga 'A' on October 21 at Eden Park in Auckland.
Among the group are eight NRL rookies, highlighting the selectors' focus on developing future Test players.
Teenagers Jacob Laban and Benjamin Te Kura have been included, alongside first-year NRL players Will Warbrick, Ali Leiataua, Paul Roache, Taine Tuaupiki, Kalani Going, and Jack Howarth.
The squad also features NRL regulars Bailey Simonsson, Pasami Saulo, Asu Kepaoa, and Rocco Berry.
Don't worry, Australia, Ricky Stuart has promised he's not going to wear lycra. Some cycling shoes and footy shorts will do for him.
But he's happy for everyone else to slip into some this week - especially if they're taking part in Pedal for Purpose, the annual autism awareness ride that starts on Monday.
Stuart's hoping 5000 people take part this year in the ride that was born out of the UK's Ambitious 220 ride.
